1.5 curls

- Curl the dumbbells up
- Lower them back to the starting position for 2-4s

Negative Dumbbell curls

- Holding dumbbells at your sides
- Flex at the wrists curling dumbbells in towards the body
- Squeeze your forearms, pausing at the top 
- Return dumbbells back to starting position

Dumbbell forearm curl

- Begin with bar in both hands and elbows bent 90 degrees
- Extend elbows and engage triceps

Heavy Cable rope/bartriceps extensions

- Begin with your back to the to cable and hands over head, elbows bent 90 degrees
- Pull rope cable so that elbows are straight, slowly return to start

Cable rope overhead triceps extensions

- Begin in a push up position with arms extended further
- Bend elbows so that your forearms touch the ground
- Press into your hands to rise back up
