I get a lot of questions through this app and on social media about my fitness - so even though I try and respond to everyone, I also wanted to share the questions and answers here, so that everyone can learn and understand where I come from on some fitness-related topics!

- Monitoring fitness and fatigue with my coach 
- Graph in Training Peaks that measures your fitness and fatigue. 
- Goal was for fitness and fatigue to go up, HOWEVER, two weeks out of Ironman, you back off training, and as a result, the fatigue goes way down and fitness stays relatively the same. 
- So you go into the event peaking, not drained.

Ironman Prep

- Responds differently than caffeine in that you don’t build a tolerance to it.

My Coffee Station

What my diet looks like! 40g of protein per meal typically. 

Here, is 40g of protein in each dish. In one I have my Human Improvement protein shake, and in the other hand, organic eggs and sausages - from Wild Idea Buffalo. 

Time to eat.

My Protein Filled Diet

2 packs of LivPur in 1- Gallon water jug. I don’t overdo the electrolytes, makes me feel bloated, 240mg in each pack, and works perfectly for me. 

Most of us are walking around dehydrated - so take care of that!

My Hydration

From drinks to coffee to now, meetings in the sauna, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. No distractions. Just highs, adrenaline, focus, and connection. Try it out.
