I was overwhelmed, unsure how to get back into a routine, and felt disconnected from the person I was before having kids. But I didn’t stop there.
I dove into prenatal and postpartum training, got certified, and began to piece together the puzzle of how to care for my body during and after pregnancy. Then, when my second baby came into the world with health issues, I was thrown into another whirlwind of motherhood. I realized that the postpartum journey isn’t just about physical recovery—it’s about emotional, mental, and spiritual healing, too.
