    About Elle Brown

    Online Holistic Health Coach

    my own health & fitness journey started back in 2014. I’ve been where you are. I felt SO LOST. I was on my own, really struggling with my body image, self-confidence, and relationship with food. I just did not know where to start. I found myself extremely frustrated many times with the endless conflicting advice from so-called “fitness professionals”. So of course, I made MANY mistakes along the way. I thought in order to reach my goals, I needed to do hours of cardio and never eat my favorite foods again. (spoiler alert, that doesn’t work!) Through lots of trial and error, and many small wins, my passion for this field grew. I became a certified PT through NASM, certified women’s fitness specialist, obtained 2 nutrition certifications, and even hired a coach of my own to compete in a bikini competition. Over the course of the last DECADE, I have learnt A LOT about what TRULY works, what doesn’t, and what the key components are to creating REAL & LASTING change. I now have a HUGE passion for guiding & cheering on women, who are in a similar place that I was. Helping them avoid common mistakes & get to their goals in an effective, sustainable, and more enjoyable way. I offer both comprehensive workouts that you will find in the app as well as 1:1 online coaching for those wanting more customized guidance.     Frequently asked questions

    What is the training schedule?
    * Full body strength training 3 times per week * When you rest from resistance training, you should still remain active. In general, I recommend 8-10k steps.
    How will I get the best results?
    * Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must!!) * Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists of 80 % whole foods with natural ingredients, and high protein. (1g per lb of goal body weight is best) * Drink at least 1/2 your body weight in oz of water. * Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover * Never skip a warm up pre workout, or a stretching session post.
    Are there any modifications for the exercises?
    * Yes! I’ve included modifications in the descriptions for each exercise. If you need further assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help!
