The StrongHER Summer Challenge is a 6-week strength and fitness challenge designed to help women build muscle, increase strength, improve endurance, and create sustainable healthy habits—all while being supported by an incredible community of like-minded women.
This challenge combines progressive overload strength training, conditioning, mobility, core work, and mindset coaching to help you see real results. Instead of constantly changing exercises, you’ll focus on mastering key lifts and movements so you can track progress, build confidence, and get stronger week after week.
