This was an amazing workout. I couldn’t finish the last section of this workout since my hip was hurting and my flat feet was hurting me. I shall finish all the way through, the next time I do this workout.

This burned my glutes and I usually do flute workouts but this was a different type of burn in areas that never burned before. Love it so far.
