Howzit my people! Welcome to my 6 week MASS & STRENGTH Vol. 1 program! (If you’re wanting to improve on your strength to boost up your weights, needing more muscle mass to you body, this is the perfect program for you) Focus: building muscle mass and strength. How this program works: Week 1-2 stay with the same set, reps, and weights Week 3-4 stay with the same set, and rep but up your weights Week 5-6 stay with the same set but add 2 reps to each exercise and up your weights from week 3-4 Through this program we will be hitting the gym 5 days a week as you focus on different muscle parts each day. Most of the workouts you’ll be working with high to medium sets and low reps. As we go heavy I still want you guys to really focus on your tempo and steady movements with the correct form. If you find yourself losing your form because it’s too heavy to lower. Always remember to stay hydrated throughout your workouts and always feel free to send me a message if you have any questions!

How to schedule the program into a week?
I highly suggest following the workout programs schedule. Monday through Friday as you take your weekend off.
