PROGRAM FORMAT:
WEEK 3 [+2 REP each exercise]
WEEK 5 [back to W1 rep range, add 5-10lb weights each exercise]
WEEK 7 [back to W3 rep range, add 5-10lb weights each exercise]
REPS:
When reps go down, up the weights by 5-10lb
ALERT: if you guys take a before and after picture for me I will send you guys a gift at the end of the program! One picture from head to toe facing front before the program and one picture head to toe facing front after the program. Appreciate y’all!
