Howzit my people! Welcome to my 4 week LEAN & SHRED at gym program. Focus: building lean muscle chasing for aesthetic physique. Through this program we will be hitting the gym 5 days a week as you focus on different muscle parts each day. Most of the workouts are high sets x high reps. I want you guys to really focus on your tempo and steady movements with the correct form. No need to go super heavy where you lose focus on your form. Always remember to stay hydrated throughout your workouts and always feel free to send me a message if you have any questions!

Elika Bang is from Hawaii who found his sunshine through fitness at his darkest times. He doesn’t consider himself as a power lifter or a bodybuilder; Just a dude who love the sport. He chases for aesthetic physique while building strength, endurance, and speed. When he’s not at the gym, you can find him at the beach. He loves to surf, sail, free dive, spear fish/fish, wakeboard, pretty much all the water sports.
