Howzit my people! Welcome to my 4 week LEAN & SHRED at home program. Focus: building lean muscle chasing for aesthetic physique with just a pair of dumbbells and your bodyweight. Through this program we will be hitting the gym 5 days a week as you focus on different muscle parts each day. Most of the workouts are just with your bodyweight or with a pair of dumbbells. I want you guys to really focus on your tempo and steady movements with the correct form. No need to rush and try to do everything quickly, connect your mind to whatever muscle you might be working on and chase that pump slowly. Always remember to stay hydrated throughout your workouts and always feel free to send me a message if you have any questions!

He chases for aesthetic physique while building strength, endurance, and speed. When he’s not at the gym, you can find him at the beach. What are the goals of the program?
My goal(s) to you guys is to show you guys how amazing of a pump you can get with just your bodyweight and with a pair of dumbbells. Not working out just because you don’t have a gym is just an excuse!
What do I need to participate in this program?
Your hard work, motivation, somewhere you feel most comfortable working out, and a pair of dumbbells.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
This program is designed for all levels that might have no access to the gym, don’t feel comfortable going to the gym, or that just loves simple effective workout that you can do without the gym.
How to schedule the program into a week?
I would start your week strong and start on Monday and follow it day by day so that you can get your weekends off.
