This is my current spilt and workouts that I follow. • first four weeks, focus on your tempo and controlled movements with correct form. No need to go too heavy. • second four weeks, by now you should be getting all the forms down with controlled movements. Now plus the weight from the first four weeks which will make it more challenging. • last four weeks, add more weights if you’re feeling comfortable from second four weeks. Also add extra reps (+ 2~4 reps) By end of this routine (12 weeks), not only you’ll see an amazing progress but you now know ego lifting isn’t the right way. Mastering your form with slow controlled movements are better for the gains and longer run.

What type of workouts am I sharing?
My workouts I will be sharing with you guys here are meant to build strength, gain muscle (mass or lean), lose fat, or to maintain your gains. ( WORKOUTS ARE FOR ALL LEVELS and MEANT BOTH SEX) I’m here to provide you with my daily workout routines so that you never need to run out of workouts, add new exercises to your daily routines, and to try my personal workout routines that I do daily. Most of my workout routines can be done with just simple equipments either at outdoors or at home where some, you might need the gym. Not only I’ll be posting my workout routines but I will be providing you here and there with my killer finishers. Most of my finisher you won’t even need any equipments, and when you do all you need is a pair of dumbbells. Whether it’s your first day or middle of your journey we all have same thing we’re chasing for: our dreams and goals! Let’s kill it BANG FAM!

Why I’m even here today is to motivate and inspire many individuals as I can to show and prove that with your hard work and dedication, anything is possible. This path towards achieving your goal(s) isn’t the smoothest ride; it will be bumpy with obstacles trying to distract you or even ruin your goal(s). But when the path seem to be foggy and blurry don’t give up, work twice as hard and keep your head up high. From my experience, when you’re close to achieving your goals it will get harder and harder. Just know that you’re not too far from achieving your goal(s)!
