What are the goals of the program? The goal of this program is to give Men specifically a foundation to build off of. This program can be done at home, at the gym, or on the move. Itβs a four week focused program on trimming down and toning some of the key areas. The objective of this program is to help those starting out in their health and fitness journey and who want to cut down while cutting up. This is a full body program with a multitude of movements. FOR BEST RESULTS: CYCLE TWICE FOR A TOTAL OF 8 WEEKS
What do I need to participate in this program? Nothing but your body and a mat!!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? This is a beginner to intermediate program.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Decrease your starch, sugar and alcohol intake.
Get a solid 7 hours of sleep minimum
Replenish your body shortly after your workout.
- Create windows of time for your food in take.
- Plan your workout times in your schedule the day before.
