Part Strength & Mobility, part Fa’arapu Training. The primary objective of Tīfene Training: Reinforce Knee & Ankle Strength, Flexibility, & Mobility for Healthy Training of the Tīfene skill. Improved KOT (Knee-Over-Toe) Strength & Awareness will help you sustain your long term practice of ‘Ori Tahiti. You can expect Tīfene Drills. I encourage you to exercise Mindfulness in training. Use sturdy surfaces to brace yourself if and when necessary. I show Regression Options (modifications for Beginners) when possible. Reminder: I coach Live in a No Camera Pressure environment. The level, exercises, tips, progressions are based on students attending Live Training On Camera. All the more reason to join me Live! To learn more on using braces, be sure to leave me feedback in the app & tell me where you’re experiencing discomfort. You can rewatch these workouts as often as you like. Use the exercises and stretches you learn here in your practice and rehearsals to save your lower body!

Career Educator, Teacher Trainer, Researcher & Curriculum Developper. Our Head Coach Dylan created Tita Bun Crew upon leaving Education to pursue healthier, diverse & empowering human connections through culture, fitness, & dance. Dylan uses movement as a medium for Mindfulness training, Self-Empowerment & Gratitude. Dylan actively trains as a dancer while leading ‘Ori Fit workouts at Crew.
