Hey I’m Dylan Ferrier and I’ve had quite the adventure. From back injury, to broken femur, to horrible back injury, to broken ankle, to being on my death bed and diagnosed with Crohns… I’ve been through it. One thing that has always been a root in my life has been health and wellness. I went from personal trainer, to office manager and medical records of a COVID recovery nursing home, to photography business, just to find out it was health and wellness all along. Now it’s my absolute purpose to bring a program that will start as hypertrophy and power resistance training, but the bigger picture is to bring on counselors and therapists to develop programs for mental and emotional health. Zero 2 Hero is more than physical. I’m very excited to start this and to grow a family across the world that is excited to change in all aspects of health.

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
