This program is designed to support Aleksandra’s hip stability by addressing gluteal inhibition and building strength around the hips in a safe, progressive way.
It directly builds on the work we’ve started in-office, allowing her to continue developing proper muscle activation and movement patterns at a pace that supports long-term success. The focus is on re-establishing glute engagement, improving hip control, and reducing compensation patterns that place excess stress on the joints.
Exercises are intentionally progressed to reinforce alignment, support joint stability, and improve coordination without overloading the hips. Emphasis is placed on controlled movement, proper positioning, and consistent activation of the glutes and surrounding stabilizers.
The goal is to create a strong, supportive foundation for the hips—improving function, reducing discomfort, and allowing for gradual, sustainable progress.
