    I grew up as a competitive soccer player until a horrific concussion in 2009 forced me to retire. Losing the sport I loved left me struggling to find purpose, but it also sparked my passion for helping athletes stay healthy, prevent injury, and perform at their best. Today, as a board-certified Sports Chiropractor with advanced training in biomechanics, rehabilitation, and nutrition, I provide individualized care that blends modern medical practices with chiropractic medicine—helping athletes overcome setbacks and unlock their full potential.In every patient she treats, in every athlete she supports, Dr. Krista carries forward the lesson she learned in 2009: when one door closes, another opens.
