Fitness For Women Over 40

As personal trainers and nutrition coaches, we understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with aging, particularly for those of us over 40. Our role goes far beyond simply instructing clients on fitness routines and nutrition plans. We firmly believe in leading by example, which is why we consistently practice what we preach. What fitness level is this program designed for?


This series is for all levels, from beginners looking for structure to experienced lifters wanting variety. Each workout can be scaled up or down to fit your ability.
Do I need specific equipment?


Most workouts can be done with basic equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, or a bench. Modifications are always provided so you can train at home or in the gym.
How often should I do the Workout of the Week?


Each session is designed as a complete workout. You can do it once per week as written or repeat it 2–3 times if you want to make it your main program.
Can I combine this with other Series Workouts
Yes! The Workout of the Week can stand alone or be added to your existing plan. Many clients use it to add variety to their Foundations, Lean & Toned, or Glute Builder workout series.
Do I need to start at Week 1?


Nope! You can jump in at any time. Each week’s workout is fresh, versatile, and results-driven, so you’ll always have a clear plan ready to go.
