The Lean & Toned Series includes 3–4 workouts per week, with options to adjust based on your current fitness level.
Do I need access to a gym?
No. The workouts can be completed at home or in the gym. We’ll show you simple equipment swaps so you can train anywhere.
Will this program make me bulky?
Not at all. The workouts are specifically designed to tone and sculpt while supporting fat loss and lean muscle development.
Is this program beginner-friendly?
Yes! Safe, effective progressions are built into the series, so whether you’re new to strength training or getting back into it, you’ll be able to start at your level and build up confidently.
