Glute Builder is a 4-week workout series designed to help women over 40 strengthen, sculpt, and tone their glutes while improving full-body fitness. With 3 workouts per week, you’ll progress from bodyweight to resistance training, building strength, endurance, and confidence, all while enhancing stability, posture, and functional movement.

How many workouts per week does this series include?
The Glute Builder Series is designed with 3 workouts per week, but you can adjust the schedule based on your fitness level and recovery needs.
Do I need equipment to start?
Most workouts can be done with basic equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, or a bench. Modifications are always provided so you can train at home or in the gym.
Is this program only for beginners?
Not at all. While it’s beginner-friendly, the program includes progressions that make it effective for all fitness levels, including intermediate and advanced lifters.
Will this program only train my glutes?**
While the focus is on glute development, the workouts also include full-body movements that improve strength, endurance, posture, and overall fitness.
