HOW DOES THIS PROGRAM DIFFER FROM OTHER DEADPOOL PROGRAMS? This is the first OFFICIAL Deadpool Program that I wrote back in 2014, with Ryan’s feedback. This is my first time releasing the program. All other Deadpool Programs are a “guess” about how he trained for the role.
HOW LONG IS THE DEADPOOL PROGRAM? The Program is 9-weeks with 3 periodizations. The programs will periodize every 3 weeks to keep the movements fresh & keep you excited about working out like the "Merc with a Mouth”.
