What is the Signature Series Program? My Signature Series Program consists of a 4 week workout programs that is always published on my Playbook Channel.
The Signature Series is for anyone looking to pack on muscle, shed body fat and build athleticism, all while retaining mobility and flexibility. SuitUp represents the culmination of 20 years experience in the fitness industry. These programs use the same training principles I’ve used with the likes of Ryan Reynolds, Liev Schreiber, Sebastian Stan and others.
What equipment do I need? How can I substitute? You will need access to a Gym. This program utilizes dumbbells, kettlebells, weight machines, Swiss balls, and more.
For people working out from home, substitute the machines for similar exercises with the free weights. i.e., you can substitute a Dumbbell Bent Over Row instead of the Cable Row.
How can I track my progress? Take progress pics at the beginning/end of each program. AND... you will definitely want to hang on to those pictures for a shoutout! #SuitUpWithDon

How do I know if my form is correct? Each exercise within the app has a video and exercise description. If you are still questioning your form, post a video on IG tag me #SuitUpWithDon @donsaladino -I will correct your form, if there are any issues.
I’m new to this - where do I start? If you haven’t exercised in a while and just jumped into this program, start with weights that are easily controlled by you. Don’t risk an injury. In the beginning, just try to be consistent.
