I created this space for women like us, navigating midlife, juggling all the things, and trying to feel strong, energized, and like ourselves again. I know what it’s like to wake up in a body that feels unfamiliar (thanks hormones) and wonder where your energy went. I’ve been there. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines.
