What are the goals of the program?
This program is designed to help you shred and lose body fat with JUST YOUR BODYWEIGHT while still keeping your muscle. It’s a 5week day to day program that’s easy for you to follow.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
The best way to get the best outcome from the program is to follow each workout as I have outlined along with a good meal plan! Make sure to follow the recommended rest periods.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These workouts are for Beginners and those who are more advanced. I create all my workouts so everyone can enjoy fitness no matter what your background may be! Your Health is a priority!
How to schedule the program into a week?
It’s Easy! The structure is as follows: W1/D1 which means Week 1 / Day 1..So you would complete The workouts that are in the Day 1 tab. Then next day would be to complete W1/D2- Week 1/Day 2 and complete the exercises for Day 2.. and you continue forward with the program using that format.
What do I need to participate in this program?
You have to be motivated and ready to get results! It’s not going to be easy starting but fight through each week and you will start to see results and changes in your physique.
