-8th workout from my Home Workouts section 
-Complete Day 8 of the Powerfully Positive Journal

Repeat circuit 2-3 times with 20 seconds rest between excursuses and rounds

-Step back into a reverse lunge
-Step up ut of the lunge and drive your knee up
-Repeat

Lunge knee drive

-Get into a side plank position
-Extend the upper arm towards the sky
-Lower the arm and tuck your hand under your body 
-Reverse and repeat

Side plank rotation

Start in a standing position 
-Drop down into a plank position
-Pop your feet back towards your hands 
-Stand back up and jump while reaching overhead
-Repeat

Half burpee (blue)

-Start in a push-up plank position
-Drive your knees one at a time to your chest 
-Repeat back and forth

Mountain climbers (blue)

-Perform a push-up 
-Tap a hand to each shoulder one at a time 
-Raise an arm straight out one at a time
-Repeat sequence
