Hey guys what up, It's Demi! This is where I get to share a bit more about lil ole’ me. I was born and raised in San Diego. I am a proud young entrepreneur with a crazy love for getting out of my comfort zone and convincing others to do the same. Starting at a young age sports have been an important part of my life and over the years my passion has grown from not only sports but to overall health and fitness. Frequently asked questions

How long are these workouts?
The workouts are 12-15 minutes. They meant to be used pre workout as a great warm up or at the end for accessory work.
Can I use this workout with other programs?
Yes you can. Because the workouts are short it is meant for that specific purpose. You could also use these as workouts on recovery days to keep you fresh.
What are the named workouts?
Those named workouts are specifically tailors to troubleshoot problem areas or to be used as a warm up. Squat mobility for example is a fantastic warm up on a day you will be squatting.
