Hey guys what up, It's Demi! This is where I get to share a bit more about lil ole’ me. I was born and raised in San Diego. I am a proud young entrepreneur with a crazy love for getting out of my comfort zone and convincing others to do the same. Starting at a young age sports have been an important part of my life and over the years my passion has grown from not only sports but to overall health and fitness. What equipment do I need for this program?
Some dumbbells or a kettlebell Access to a GHD (glute ham developer) Empty space to move A towel to clean up your sweat!!!!
What are the workouts like?
The workouts are short and intense. Designed to make you feel the burn and break a sweat. There are a few cardio and test days included to ensure you see and feel the results. They are also short so that they cn be done in conjunction with another of my programs.
