This booty program is designed to target your glutes, hamstrings, and quads. Although a majority of workouts focus on the glutes, my goal is to help you build a well-rounded lower body!! Here’s the breakdown: Week 1: Two workouts Week 2: Two workouts Week 3: Three workouts Week 4: Two workouts Week 5: Two workouts Week 6: Three workouts This booty program is meant to be combined with other workouts on the off days! I would suggest doing one of my home or gym programs in conjunction with this to make sure you’re working your entire body throughout the week! Hey guys what up, It's Demi! This is where I get to share a bit more about lil ole’ me. I was born and raised in San Diego. I am a proud young entrepreneur with a crazy love for getting out of my comfort zone and convincing others to do the same. What do I need to participate in this program?
Some of these workouts require equipment, so it would be best to do them in the gym or at home if you have equipment handy 🤗
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Make sure you’re eating a fully balanced diet, eating your protein, and of course, drinking your water!!! 💦 Also, make sure to do other workouts on the off days. You can use one of my gym or home programs!
