Hey guys what up, It's Demi! This is where I get to share a bit more about lil ole’ me. I was born and raised in San Diego. I am a proud young entrepreneur with a crazy love for getting out of my comfort zone and convincing others to do the same. Starting at a young age sports have been an important part of my life and over the years my passion has grown from not only sports but to overall health and fitness. Through determination and motivation for an active and healthy lifestyle my continual growth and dedication has helped me to strengthen my endurance, vitality and optimism for life. What are the goals of the program?
To help you get daily workouts in, no matter how busy your schedule might be! These are the workouts that I’m also following for the week!
How to schedule the program into a week?
Each day is already scheduled for you with two rest days throughout the week! I have my rest days on Saturday/Sunday, but feel free to use them as needed!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Some of these workouts might be too advanced for beginners. If you feel like a workout is above your skill-level, please switch it out with a workout you’re more comfortable with!
