Iβve designed this program to help you strip away fat and build lean muscle throughout the next 12 weeks. Combining these workouts with healthy eating will be extremely effective in helping you get toned and in shape!! π€
Iβve also split the program into three different phases that are 4 weeks each, so you will truly progress over the 12 week period ππΌ
Phase 1: Weβll be building a knowledge of basic movements while adding conditioning into the supersets and cardio!
Phase 2: This phase is all about muscle gain and losing body fat. Youβll notice less cardio and more weight training!
Phase 3: Weβre upping the intensity! Youβll notice rest times getting shorter so we can take your fitness to the next level π₯
