This is a 5 day workout designed to show you the right way to a stronger core. I have put together 5 follow along workouts designed to challenge you and your core but without doing a ton of crunches, sit ups, or even planks. I will guide you through 5 follow along workouts that are short and sweet (30mins or less). Some workouts are meant to be intense and some are meant to leave you with some gas in the tank. My hope is that we accomplish two things by the end of these 5 workouts. 1. You realize that you CAN carve out time for yourself and commit to 30 minutes of movement everyday. 2. You learn that the true way to a strong midsection is not by doing a ton of sit ups and cute crunches. Its actually built using strength movements such as squats, deadlifts, push ups, and pull ups.

What equipment do I need to complete this challenge?
All five workouts are designed for minimal equipment. I recommend 3 sets of dumbells. (Light, moderate, and heavy)
