Lets go! This is the first workout in our 6 week journey together. This is going to be a full body burner. Im taking it back to my roots with these workouts. Nothing fancy but just butt kicking workouts.

DAY 2! Another full body workout. This time we are going to focus on the shoulders, hamstrings, and core. When  I say "focus" that does not mean we will not be doing other muscle groups but simply as the term implies- focusing on certain areas that are often neglected.

Another fun filled workout that will surely make you sweat, cry, and laugh.  I promise you’ll love it. 
Every workout is challenging but for those of you who know me know that I love to finish the week strong because it sets the tone for the weekend and drizzles into next week.

This is your “bonus” workout but in reality it’s just trainer reverse psychology because I know 99% of you are going to do it even though it’s not mandatory

I like to focus on glutes quite a bit because I find that it is very often neglected in people’s training programs. 

Also, who doesn’t love toned arms? Especially the backs of them.

This is a quick 20 min HIIT style workout! 🔥 
You’re going to love this because you are in and out. All you gotta do is show up and you’re done before you know it.

Make sure to stretch for 2 minutes when done.

This is where our journeyy begins. 
Every week our first full body workout will be biased towards the SQUAT. We will still hit other muscle groups but you will notice that building strength in our legs will be Mondays focus. 
As always - If you are short on time skip the warm up and jump right into the first block of work.

W1/D1 Week 1/Day 1

Day 2 is our deadlift focused workout. Plan on seeing plenty of hinge movement patterns in this workout. Also, make sure to invest in some heavier set of dumbbells in you're working out from home so that in the coming weeks you can challenge yourself even more.

In our day three we are going to focus on the smaller vanity muscles. These are the shoulders biceps, triceps, and core.

W1/D3 Week 1/Day3

This is your bonus workout. Or is it? Chances are you will be doing this workout and you'll feel great for doing it.

You have now shaken off all the cobwebs and are ready to rock and roll. Let's get to work with good effort, form, and intensity.

Welcome to the Body Reset Program!

Take a few moments to take a quick walk through of my apps and how to use it and workout features.

Ingredients
3 cups of rolled oats (GF preferred)
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
1/2 cup chopped pecans (or any nut)
1/4 cup of sliced almonds
1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup maple syrup (I used one sweetened with monk fruit)
1/3 cup liquid coconut oil
2 tablespoons hot water
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup dark chocolate chunks (or a chopped dark chocolate bar)
Method
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl, mix together the oats, coconut, pecans, flaxseed meal, chia seeds and cinnamon
In a small bowl, mix together the coconut sugar, maple syrup, coconut oil, hot water and vanilla extract
Pour the wet ingredients onto the dry ingredients and mix well to evenly coat
Add the granola to baking sheet and press down so the ingredients are in one layer, stuck together
Bake in oven for 15 minutes then rotate tray and bake for another 15 minutes
Allow the granola to cool for 15 minutes then add in
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup dark chocolate chunks (or a chopped dark chocolate bar)

Easy paleo granola

Salmon Burgers with Sweet Potato Fries
Makes 6-7 burgers
Ingredients:
Salmon burgers
1 large egg
15 oz of canned wild sockeye salmon (no bones or skin)
¼ cup of Greek yogurt
1 tsp of Dijon mustard
½ cup of almond flour
Garlic and onion powder to taste
Sprinkle of cayenne
Fresh dill
Sweet Potato Fries:
1 extra-large sweet potato or 2 medium
Avocado oil (I use a spray)
Method
Slice sweet potato, season with avocado oil, salt, and pepper. Put into oven or air fryer at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes
Beat the egg in a mixing bowl
Add rest of salmon burger ingredients to bowl and mix Heat pan with avocado oil, make sure pan is hot before cooking burgers
Form 1/3 cup of salmon mixture into burger patty, place on hot pan
Cook for about 7 min, flip very gently, cook for another 7 min
Serve on lettuce or regular buns with all the topping!
Sweet potato fries should be a great complement to the burgers.

Today we target cardio and core. We work hard for 25 minutes and push ourselves to become a better version of ourselves.

W1/D4 Day 4 Cardio & Core

This workout is split into 20 minutes of cardio (treadmill) and 10 minutes core work.

W1/D5 DAY 5 Lower Body

This leg day is a bit different because we are focusing on one movement at a time. Instead of our normal circuit style I want you to really focus on challenging yourself in each exercise.
