This is my Fundamentals Program. This is a program I developed specifically for beginners. If you have little to no experience, or have taken a significant amount of time off from working out - this program is for you. This program is also good for those individuals who want to ease into my workouts. After you have completed these 4 weeks you will be ready for any of my other programs. I'd recommend moving to my Beach Ready Program (6 weeks) or my Three with DS Program (6 weeks). Remember to tag me on your journey and let me know what you think. I'm always here for you!

How to schedule the program into a week?
Commit to three days a week with me and that’s it. Again, this is a beginners program so we start slow.
