So good! Love the 20 minute full body workouts, they are so helpful when short on time!

This was overall a good workout for a “beginner” (familiar with training but have been inconsistent) with some chronic labrum issues in their hips. I had to modify some of the jump squats and banded jumps to keep impact low but was able to get through the workout with being challenged.
