What are the goals of the program?
To build your strongest booty ever! In addition to building a strong rear end you’ll also develop strong and lean legs.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Follow the program to the very last detail and make sure you prioritize protein in your diet.
How to schedule the program into a week?
In this program I provide 3 main workouts that focus on strength and one optional day that is booty only. My recommendation is doing a M/W/F split with an additional day of the optional workout on whatever day works best for you.
What do I need to participate in this program?
This is a minimal equipment program. I recommend dbs in the range of 10lbs all the way up to 25 /30 lbs.
