Welcome everyone! You asked for more so here it is. My newest 6 week challenge. For this challenge you have a total of 18 workouts over the course of 6 weeks. Each week will have a different focus (strength, metabolic, glutes, core, etc) I will launch each week one at a time (😃 I want to keep you on your toes). There will be 3 workouts a week. Ideally I would want you to set it up so that you complete a workout on Monday , Wednesday, and Friday. For the days I. What are the goals of the program?
Consistency is key! I am challenging you to do 3 workouts a week consistently for 6 weeks. In those 6 weeks you will lose fat and build lean muscle
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Complete each workout and make sure to stay active on the days between. You can do cardio, another workout in my app (plenty to choose from), yoga, or Pilates. Also, follow my nutrition guide and adjust macros according to your goal.
How to schedule the program into a week?
