                I am 36 yrs old I am a wife and a mother to an Incredible little boy. I was born and raised in Alberta, Canada — I have lived and traveled working as an international model for the past 17 years and counting! I am all about working smarter not harder with 3-30 minute programs that target and tone every single muscle, and programs for everyone no matter where you are on your fitness journey. From an early age, I was always passionate about fitness, and health & wellness. I am now a certified personal trainer and certified pre/post natal specialist and I have received a certification in nutrition through ISSA ( International Sports Sciences Association)! I believe in living each day with positivity, gratitude, community and surrounding myself with like minded, goal oriented people who lead with kindness and love fearlessly. Fitness is 110% much more than just working out... It’s a lifestyle that nourishes the mind, body and soul. I am excited to be on this journey with you!

                Do I need to purchase equipment?
                It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
