What are the goals of full length workouts? These videos or for the athlete who doesn’t necessarily want to follow a full structured workout program, but wants to stay in shape and get stronger by fitting in workouts whenever they can!
How to get the best outcome by doing FLWs? I would recommend doing your best to fit in one of these workouts followed by a stretching cool down at least 3 times per week. However, that is not a magic number and I would rather you focus on your own consistency with movement over time.
What do I need to participate in this program? Most of the times you will be able to use just your body! However, please check each video’s description prior to starting so you can be prepared to the best of your ability.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? These workouts are for all levels! You can always make something tougher or easier to meet your body where it’s at. Most of the time, I demonstrate an intermediate skill level so you can modify or progress from there.
