Pyramid Breath Meditation is an intentional, powerful, and transformative journey, created to give you a sacred and safe space to release, celebrate, or simply express!     About Danielle Crease

    Hi!, I’m Danielle, a Personal Trainer and Pyramid Breath Coach. I'm originally from Miami, Fl but now live in Talent, OR, with my husband and our fur babies, Cypress and Jack! From battling depression most of my life to surviving a near-fatal boating accident that left me paralyzed (from the knee down in my left leg), every challenge shaped the coach I am today. I know firsthand what it means to rebuild, to adapt, and to discover "Strength Beyond Circumstance." At DCFIT, movement is never about punishment—it’s about self-love. Whether through strength training, mobility work, or breathwork, my goal is to help you move with intention, feel empowered, and create a body and mind that support you through life!
