The Hard Reset 8-Week Transformation Challenge isn’t just another program—it’s the line in the sand. This is the moment you stop coasting, stop making excuses, and finally take back control. For 8 weeks, we’re resetting your body, your routine, your discipline, your mindset—and with it, your entire life.
It won’t be easy. The hard days will test you. But inside that struggle is where growth happens. Inside the sacrifice is where change is built. And inside relentless consistency is where the best version of you gets forged.

Challenge starts September 22nd
No matter what your goals or where you are at in your fitness journey, EVERYONE and ANYONE WORLDWIDE can participate in this challenge. We will have 3 different categories in this transformation:
Weight Loss: This category is for someone new to fitness and just starting a dramatic weight loss journey.
Total Body Recomp: This is where most people fall. This category is if your goal is to dramatically transform and recomp your body by losing weight and also gaining lean muscle mass.
Shred: This category is for you if you are in-shape (but not comp shape) and looking to really test your body and get shredded or the leanest you’ve ever been.
I’ll be picking both a male and a female winner in each category, that's 6 TOTAL WINNERS. I will be looking for the greatest overall physical transformation in all the categories.
