Hold yourself ACCOUNTABLE. It is completely up to you and your choices and actions you take that will lead you to accomplish your goal and reach success. It’s a lot more challenging to get where you want to be without holding yourself accountable. You take full responsibility for your journey. It’s up to you to choose going to the gym, doing cardio, the right foods to eat, and how you will recover. It’s how you show up for yourself day in and day out to help you reach your goal. That is accountability. And I am going to help you these next 8 weeks by giving you the plan, but it is still ultimately up to you if you follow it or not. I can’t make you do anything, you need to want it. This will test you physically but most importantly it will test your mental toughness. But nothing worthwhile ever came from being easy, so you will need to dig deep these next 8 weeks if you want a chance to WIN BIG!
