I’m so happy to introduce Essentials — your very first program with me and the heart of my movement method. It’s my way of blending yoga, mobility, and simple strength into short classes you can actually enjoy and stick with at home.
I created Essentials to introduce you to the building blocks your body really needs — short, simple flows that make the biggest difference without taking over your day. These classes are designed to ease stiff hips and backs, strengthen your core and glutes, and bring back posture, energy, and ease in under 15 minutes. Think of this as your foundation: realistic, flexible, and made with love to support you through the busyness of everyday life.
Here’s the flow I recommend:
Morning Mobility (Mon–Fri): 5 min to shake off stiffness
Evening Reset (any day): 10 min to release tension + calm your mind
Weekly core classes (15 min each):

▪️ Tue – Hip Mobility
▪️ Thu – Glute Strength
▪️ Fri – Spine Mobility
