What's up y'all!! My name is Cristian Plascencia and I was born and raised in Salinas, CA. I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science, at California Lutheran University. After 22 years in the sunshine state, I've spent my last two years here in Austin, TX working at the Onnit Academy as a Coach as well as Senior Durability Coach for the Onnit Academy Education Team. The past two years working with all types of athletes such as Lance Armstrong, Vince Young, "The Professor", and much more. I've had the pleasure of learning from amazing mentors such as : Dr. Andre Ospina. Mike Fitch, Dr. Mark Cheng , Dr. John Rusin , Shane Heins, aND John Wolf. At the academy, I've had the pleasure of coaching collegiate athletes (Combine Training) in their preparation for the NFL Draft. Specifically, in the movement and mobility field. My day to day consist of teaching general population classes where I incorporate Bodyweight, Steel Mace, Steel Club, Sandbag, Kettlebell, and other conventional and unconventional tools.
