This is my favorite one! Used it tonight for recovering from KB cert. Slowed it down and went for quality decompression reps. I got this because I wanted to move better. I can honestly say that I move and feel better after having this app for about 2 months. Thanks for a great workout and taking time for a picture this weekend.
