Mobility Coach and Yoga Teacher

I’m not your average yogi. I come from an athletic background, once aspiring to play tennis in college, until I received a medical diagnosis that rocked my world and completely shifted my fitness goals. While recovering from a heart ablation, I discovered yoga as a means of both healing and challenging my body within the restraints placed on me by my cardiologist. Diving in head first came with its problems, including a torn shoulder and bicep, leading me to a gym setting in order to get stronger to support my flexibility. That’s where I discovered the beautiful balance between lifting and yoga. The marriage of two seemingly opposite forces turned into a passion for mobility coaching and guiding others toward this relationship between muscle and mindful movement. Welcome to The Daily Flow!
