    me...it helped me get my motivation back... finally! Getting that back again has been absolutely incredible and was exactly what I was looking for in this challenge. This hands downs has become my new favorite way to workout 100%, Corrina made it so much fun and her workouts are . This month also greatly encouraged me to cut back on alcohol, which as a bartender it's really something that's always in my day to day either at work or on my days off-but I found that the energy, overall peace and even extra happiness really became a game changer mentally and physically by doing so. Added bonus was seeing results and building unstoppable strength. I loved that this was a safe space to be completely honest with ourselves and ultimately just do our best. Corrina, thanks for cheering us all along the way. Overall just really grateful with everything I'm walking away with.

    From a tech layoff, to sobriety, to becoming a full time in-studio and at-home Pilates & Strength Coach; it's been a climb...but I know it was always meant to lead me here, with you. yoga healed me, pilates transformed my body, strength Training ignited my fire and cardio became my release...movement has been my heartbeat that pushed me through every challenge, every terrifying leap of this crazy life...but more importantly, it helped me uncover that supporting others to find their voice and discover their strength within, is my soul-led purpose. My goal is to help you find the strength that already lives within us.     Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
