Myofascial Release is a therapy that helps to treat skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improves blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulates the stretch reflex in muscles. It helps to keep your body from locking up in certain areas and supports longevity in your joints.
This therapy I’ve found to be a necessary part of my recovery routine and do once or twice a week, especially on my hips.
