Barbell BTN Push Press

21-15-9 Reps For Time
DB Clean and Jerk (35/50) or (20/35 scaled weight)
Burpee over Dumbbell

--> 30 Double Unders or 60 Single unders to start each round

- Jump rope with rope passing under your feet twice with each jump

Double unders

- Begin by pulling dumbbells up to your shoulder
- Press up using your legs for power
- Bring dumbbells to the ground and repeat

Dumbbell clean and press (double)

- Perform a burpee
- Hop over the dumbbell
- Rotate your body 180 degrees and repeat
