Welcome to Peaches & Dumbbells 8 Week Booty Program. This program was created for the At Home Baddies looking to define their curves, increase their confidence and get a good sweat on all from the comfort of their own living rooms! What to expect: You can expect 4 workouts a week focusing on lower body and core. There is an optional cool down. Each week progresses in some way, meaning we’re aiming to hit higher reps or increase that weight if you can. All workouts can be done with just body weight.

I was a young athlete growing up, got involved with strength training in college & became a certified personal trainer shortly after. My fitness career led me down many paths, allowing me to gain experience in group fitness coaching, running bootcamps, meeting clients 1:1, & even partnering with schools to help promote fitness for teachers & staff. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
