Man!!! Lol. I don’t think I’ve ever really been able to do that many bicep workouts back to back and actually stick with it & I attribute that to these workouts and increased strength! Thank you! 🙏🏾🙏🏾

My knee wouldn’t let me be great with the burpees so I substituted them with Jump squats since it’s essentially the same movements. Still a great workout routine for today!
