This was good stuff.

I don't have a bench, weights or anything like that, so I'm sure there's workouts I just can't follow, because I don't have the equipment.

But I DO have a kettlebell, so it was good to hear that there might be some workouts using that. The fact that there's a variety of options, and that I can work at my own pace yet still use the app to keep me on track is very encouraging
